Delivery times
Our menstrual briefs are handmade in our own workshops, with no overproduction.
Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are generally prepared the same day. As soon as your order is ready to go, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. From then on, your parcel is handled by the carrier you chose when you placed your order:
- Delivery in 24/48h with Chronopost
- Delivery in 2/4 days with Colissimo
- Delivery in less than a week with Mondial Relay
SHIPPING RATES
Delivery charges
We now offer delivery by La Poste, Mondial Relay and Chronopost at the following rates:
- Delivery in mainland France: from 5.50€ via Colissimo or from 6.50€ via Colissimo with signature, 3.50€ by Mondial Relay or from 9.50€ by Chronopost
- Delivery in Europe: from 12€. Mondial Relay can be offered for certain European countries from 5.50€
- International delivery: from 20€
Please note that customs charges may apply depending on the destination (Switzerland, DOM TOM...).
For France, if you have chosen Colissimo or Chronopost, your parcel will be hand-delivered or delivered to your letterbox. If the size of the parcel does not allow it to be delivered to a letterbox, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your parcel at the post office to collect it.
If you're abroad, your country's carrier will take over once you've crossed the border, using its own methods. Please note that customs charges may apply for certain countries above a certain value (Switzerland, for example).
⚠️ Is your area experiencing parcel theft or broken mailboxes? We recommend that you take a Colissimo with signature or Chronopost delivery so that you can obtain proof of delivery or product return in the event of theft. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for theft.

Our packaging
Each of our orders is carefully packaged and folded in its own Elia box: a lightweight envelope for smaller shipments, a cardboard box for larger orders. Delicate tissue paper protects your lingerie during transport. Our packaging is made from 70% recycled cardboard and is 100% recyclable.
A booklet containing all the information you need on how to use our menstrual briefs is enclosed with your order. To limit our printing and carbon footprint, we don't print a superfluous invoice in your parcel. However, you can receive one on request.

A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
Exchanges & feedback
A doubt, a size problem or the model no longer suits you? Within 30 days of your delivery date, you can return the product unworn, unwashed and still labelled.
You can choose between several return options:
- Exchange for another product - return postage free
- Exchange for a credit note - return postage deducted (4€)
- Refund - return postage at your expense (4€)
We will proceed with the refund/exchange as soon as our teams have received the product in its original condition. Any item already worn, missing its label or returned in poor condition will not be reimbursed.
We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to place a new order on our website and choose the model of your choice!
